Karaka Lakes is only minutes away from Manukau City Centre, and can be easily reached from the Beach Rd / Papakura exit off the Southern Motorway. Proceed west from the motorway along Hingaia Rd until you can turn left into Hinau Rd. Proceed right down Fountain Ave and right again into Lake Drive from there you will be able to identify the flags and signs of the Fletcher Residential homebuilders Aston Marsh, Spaceline and Fyfe.
